Good basic machine, we used these machines about 8 years ago, although there are many machines on the market with considerably more power now.

The Powermax is a great machine and coupled with a good prespray and extraction detergent does a brilliant job without the need for a heater.

Not the most powerful machine on the market but still very capable,I believe they do a 500psi version now.
Even at 120psi this machine can produce fantastic results and an inline heater may not be necessary to start with, just hot water will give perfectly good cleans, but you will need to ensure  a hot water supply at the property.
A lower powered machine in the right hands can outperform a more powerful machine in the wrong hands so bigger is not always better.
A very good choice for a newcomer and very reliable. -John
