Well kevin, my one pump is running the heater and the hosereel whilst also circulating back into tank which will in turn heat the tank which is feeding my other seperate hosereel and pump.

With a proper heater designed for window cleaning with 2 reels working from 1 heater you`ll only get about 30 degrees at the brush,circulating the water won`t give you hot water to work with it would take ages to heat unless you work with a 100ltr tank.I will be using Thermobore soon to retain more heat,although my minibore still keeps the water hot.

On frosty mornings I turn mine right down,. its 20 - 25 degs Celsius at the brush head depending on how much hose is out,.. lukewarm to the touch, but defo below body temp. Still much better than using cold.
Once its not frosty, I'd go 40 degrees, up to 60 degrees or so on a nice warm day. I haven't cracked a single window yet and I've been hot almost a year.
