first three have great customer support
wintecs I have needed to call them to ask questions as I tend to only get dowex from them maybe other few bits, I have never had a problem with any of these suppliers

I trust cleantech and this matters because very often when i make a purchase i'm not sure what i want.

Mike's done me a few favours and got me out of a hole a few times, so i don't price shop.

Any supplier you deal with always ask, can't you do it any cheaper?

I know a lot of them like to haggle and feel disapointed if you don't knock them down a few quid.That's why they have phone numbers, there is a webite price, and then a speaking to price. Say things like soap national do it a bit cheaper to encourage them.

I know what your saying there but some suppliers I dont tend to haggle, because they offer a very good service and I dont mind paying for it as long as it is not ott

i was joking. They hate it and get annoyed regarding you as a nuisance.A bit like we would if someone asked us can't you do it any cheaper.

I agree with you mostly i take thier word for it.

Soap National. Allways good, prompt and helpfull service provided, and if they cant help they pass you on 2 someone who can in emergencies.
