as i have always been given great advice i thought id ask again,i have an option of having a canverser working for me.Ive offered him 60% of the monthly take that he gets me,surly i cant lose out can i?my missis said that i shouldnt do it but my dad whos self employed said to do a trial period,im thinking of giveing him 2days per week for a month then do a review at the end of the month to see how he has done.I want to do this but the other half says not to,what is your opinions.
thanks people

Why not offer the guy 30% for the list, and the other 30% when you have completed the first clean and the customer has paid.
