Got to try do some work tommorow so been down tesco £8 for a double duvet. plus got the oil filed radiator in there.

Put thermowrap behind the plywood and on the roof to insulate the van. It also helps to keep the heat out in the summer months...

Wrap an electric blanket over, ideally a 12volt one.
