I got it when I bought my Scorpion 2nd hand some 18 months ago now.

I understand it was purchased new with the machine from Solutions UK. Probably cost about £450 +vat.

I understand Solutions still sell in-line heaters but dont show any on their web site.
Give them a call if you need to know more.

I think if you look on worldofclean and look under the scorpion machine,
at bottom of page it lists related extras,
mentions Metor at 395+ vat, i think thats the in line heater they sell.

I presume if you leave it switched on with no flow of water it will build up heat/pressure and need somewhere for that energy to go.   Safety valve if you like.

Recall an earlier post, I said something like - dont forget to switch off when not using it.
I was referring to heat/pressure build up.
