II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): To provide tank
and wet well cleaning service on Treatment Works throughout the Severn
Trent Water Region. This will primarily be sewage treatment sites but will
also include water treatment sites. Times requested can be 7 days a week,
52 weeks of the year. Activities may include, but not be limited to, wet
well and tank emptying and cleaning, jetting of pipelines for servicing
and blockage removal, sludge tank cleaning, limited movement of sewage or
sludge both on and between sites. This may be on a planned or emergency
basis.

A. Nottinghamshire including some sites in South Yorkshire and
Lincolnshire;
B. Derbyshire;
C. Staffordshire;
D. Leicestershire;
E. West Midlands;

III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity: 1. Name and address of the

has given formal consent to his banker to provide a financial reference

2. Formal assurance that there is no instance of judgement or pending
against the company in respect of any financial matter, corporate or
management mal-practice or non-compliance with any statute;

similar activities covered by this contract, for the three previous years.
