The same goes for the common law trade name of "GutterVac " or "Omni GutterVac" if it used in any form of advertising in the EC be it web or litrature based without our permision then legal action will taken under common law for "trading off".
NathanaelI don't think they can on this quote :So am I right in saying you will take legal action against any supplier who builds a machine that uses ANY kind of vacuum and a long pole to suck debris out of gutters? As these are off the shelf parts. I think Glyn is more worried about trading of his company name ( Gutter vac ) but if you was to use the term Vacuum gutter cleaning, then this could not be used as trading off.
I am looking for a gutter vac system and considered it would be advisable to get a ready-to-use system with the associated customer service and after sales support so I emailed Omnipole accordingly; that was about three weeks ago and after not receiving any reply to the first email I sent it again to which I have also not received a reply. It appears there is a problem with pre-sales service never mindst after-sales.

Why say there is a "problem" with pre-sales etc etc when all that has happened is that they didn't answer e-mail. If the info was that important to you, you would have found a way of talking/communicationg with them.Having dealt with Omnipole in the past and knowing that they are an extremely busy business, I have found all services to be of a good standard.

Why can I not relay my experience? It is reasonable to expect a reply to an email without an additional telephone call and most certainly to two emails.
Vacuum Gutter Clearance. I use the term "clearance", as it describes the process, as its not easily associated with cleaning, which would be the outsides.
