Have a guy working for me doing all the cc, he is pay as you go too,
works for me as i have quite a lot of contract cleaning,
gives me more time to run and market the business,
contract cleaning helps the c/cleaning and vice versa,
all my contracts have about 500 employees between them, so get custom that way
also when doing carpets we get chatting and get contracts from them for their workplace

My tech is 63 ex chemdry empolyee, cleaning for 15 years now, and fit as a fiddle, owns 2 houses, so its a bonus for him
