Whoops mine is a little cock eyed now after upgrading. I clicked on datafix in my computer panel and it hasn't corrected. It's not a million miles out but it's not right either. Bit of help in laymans terms would be ppreciated ta.

Hi ftp

Select any job that's wrong and enter the correct balance.

I see it now. I thought it would revert to my debt list of this morning before the upgrade and correct itself. So i just go through the list from memory and correct it? Bare with me - i am thick.

No print off a debt list before you make the switch, or have 2 laptops side by side like i did

Luckily i've only got a small list so i think i can remember the few that show as not paying last time but in fact did.
Brilliant software but hard to understand the technicallities for someone like me.  ;D

:D yes I think the reply's are getting faster!
Mine took some time longer
(OK it was a Friday night, but it's now a Saturday, so what?) ::)

I hope everyone can now see why I was "Rightly" upset!
When you get a problem with your "System" whether it is George, WCP or any other...
You want answers right away!
You don't expect to be ridiculed for complaining! :o

"George" isn't just a program for me... I't my sanity!
Knowing everything is working right... lets me sleep! ;)
I said I was sorry! :)

Do we see George Systems saying "Sorry"...
(Not Paul, I am talking about a business! )
... for all the "Unease" or the "Fear" that all your accounts have just been flushed?  >:(

Simple answer... NO!

I will make a very similar quote to "George Systems" which was made to me!

Since so many of your loyal customers seem to have experienced problems... wouldn't it be polite and business like to make an public apology?
(or at least one on here!)
Or did no one else notice that my apology was acknowledged on here only...
NOT acknowledged on this site... By Paul

Thanks for that, Paul  :o

Don't know what problems others had but mine are/were very minor.

I wondered about the reference and i'm sure it's usefull but haven't used it yet.

Just a thougth but....

This probably means a load of unecessary work but i was just wondering would it be possible to print off -along with the days work list- a list of payment slips of the sort that are put through a customers door saying we cleaned today etc - the date- the date of the next clean- and any outstanding balance. These could come off at about four an a4 sheet and we coulld cut them to size and they would be ready for the days work; thus saving even more time and being even more professional.

I realise many wouldn't want this improvement but I think it is a clear way forward and welcome any add on utility that did this. What do the rest of you think?

I would like to be able to put loads more detail on the invoice instead of passing it through my printer twice and having to use a different programme.
