I wanted to order a handle/harness for the 3inch tubing from Ionics and they didn't have any in stock. Asked if I could order it and they said yes that's okay but they couldn't give me a delivery date. That was a very, very, long time ago. I'm still waiting. I don't rate their customer service at all. In fact I think it's disgusting to be honest. I'm not impressed with Ionics one little bit.

Its not their system, its ordered by them from the states, they are just "suppliers" of it.
