Oh for god sake you guys! stop being so bloody negative! Any first-timer looking for advice and seeing this post might be put off window cleaning ( my opinion only)

At the end of the day there are oldies and newbies( I'm a newbie) All sharing info that we could use so people, get over it times are changing for better or for worst.  especially with all the credit crunch issuse's going on everyone needs everyone at the moment.
