Should the heating be turned off before cleaning carpets laid on top of under floor heating or does it matter?

It would aid the drying. Need to vent the room though by opening a window.

Most detergent pre-sprays, if dried, would need to be reapplied and agitated prior to rinsing. Otherwise no problem.  Make sure you groom before the carpet has dried.

Microsplitters, if dried out, just dampen again by spraying with wand before rinsing.

Safe and happy cleaning :)

Hi Guys

Detergent presprays would also be reactivated by spraying with water, it is worth bearing in mind that detergents work best if allowed a reasonable dwell time,

Cheers
