I have been asked to price up a deep clean for a 2 bedroom flat !

carpet clean for 2 bedrooms + lounge size approx 11x12.
also full clean to the kitchen ie cupboards oven worktops etc
full clean to bathroom, also wipe down all skirtingboards throughout flat.

Please could you advise on a price as i have never taken on this type of work before.
ps what equipment and cleaning products would i need, also how long would it take me to do roughly.

I'd subcontract it mate, in all honesty.

If you haven't got experience cleaning carpets it's really not advisable to take it on.  If you want to diversify into carpet cleaning get some training first before chancing it with customers' expensive stuff.  You could end up seriously out of pocket if you cock up!

Why for goodness sake would you want to take on the carpets in a little flat on a one-off job if your window cleaning business is as successful as your web site would  suggest?

Hiring a machine for a one-off wouldn't give the results your client probably wants and would eat into any profit on the job. Buying equipment would set you back a couple of grand, and unless you plan to diversify properly that is no return on your money.

Go and get some training first and in the meantime sub-contract the job.
