when flushing the ro do you have to go through the the prefilters as well or just through the ro ???

1 water - ro waste
2 prefilters -ro-waste

2. pre filters-RO otherwise what's the point in flushing.

through the pre filters. the carbon filter gets rid of chlorine, you DO NOT want chlorine going through you RO. just open waste to full.
