I dont think its illegal to phone people cold.

There is a list to join should you not want sales calls, however i dont know if thats to just residential numbers and not business's. Anyone calling you is then breaking regulations.

I keep getting spam emails relating to these bloody lists.. shame i delete them once received could have posted the contents..
