Are you intentionally meaning to shout, and if so calm down its not worth get stressed about, if you never cleaned them that day and see says they arent done, then you both agree on something, just tell her you will be out next week and to ignore the note she has.

If you are not intentionally shouting, then you shouldn't you caps all the time mate, comes across as abusive.

Our 'windows cleaned' tickets have the date and amount of the clean as well as any arrears on them - had a late payment once as the ticket I put though the letter box ended up inside a shoe .
