We use A5 duplicate pads, get them printed off in books of 50 sheets.

Put the basics down of how you want it set out and most local printing establishments will be able to print them off for you.  Keep it simple so that you can still use them even if certain criteria change.

Hi Adam

I used 3 different quotation pads from different recognized trade organisations and could not get on with any of them, i have since designed my own and use them, with mine you have two sheets, the top one you pull out and give to the customer to keep, on the back of that is my Terms and conditions.

As it was my first attempt, i still find mine needs a little tweaking, but i only ordered 5 at first to see how i got on. The next batch will have a couple of changes made. personally i think having your own quotation and receipt books with your corporate logo on looks very profesional.

i use a 2part A4 pad that ive broken down in to 3 parts, carpets, upholstery, and treatments, the pad follows my own corporate id and looks the part, you can write all you need in the space, the duplicate copy is then filed,1 or 2 weeks later it is then used for tele marketing.
