Hi,

I use combat trousers for work, started this morning , after 2 cleans they were filthy with the hose dragging through gardens etc... come lunchtime i felt like going home and changing...

do any of you use similar, which could be wiped down easily... i have waterproof  bottoms but i dont want to be wearing those everyday.

2 cleans and dirty? where have you been working - a farm?

Been wearing the same pair or work trousers all week - brush down after every customer with a clothes brush too.

awkward houses, mud on grass verge all the way up long rd...

someone on here said they found some good ones, that were easy to wipe down.... and canvass type ones are not.....

you wore your trousers all week...

i like to look presentable at each house.... looking scruffy does not look appealing for my image, or reputation.
i dont mind something i can wipe off.... but this is why i asked for help on here,

anyway, can anyone suggest anything please.

Sorry Gazz just in a stupid mood.

I have a high nylon content in my trousers which means if you sponge them down they do not look to bad + a dark culor helps.

When I reel in I use an old cloth and run the pipe through it. this helps to keep yourself and the hoze clean.

Thanks...  i do use a cloth but its awskward, with cars in the way.. and to be honest , lots of messing about in rose garden, and shrubs... you get the picture...

well all that gets me before i reel the hose in... the nylon ones sound the best i will check it out.

go to a local Army shop and buy your self a pair of votex combat trousers, They will keep you dry and warm as well.

Action trousers (or something) from toolstation. less than a tenner, navy blue, top quality, don't fade, full of pockets, very smart etc. Can't go wrong!

work wear warehouse  , i wear thier caterpillar trousers woulnt wear anything else they are baggy to let you move tougher than snickers yet still comfy in navy or black they are made out of teflon, semi water proof as well  they were 30 plus vat though last time i was in they were down to 20 plus vat , give them a go you wont be dissapointed
