I might be getting a shop thats is national, looks like i got the South but pushing for the contract of the rest of the country but this is new to me and unsure as how it works so can anyone help, do i find the cleaners get them to price there local shop hen i add a % on top, do i invoice the company with one invoice but with a break down for each shop, do the cleaners i sub to send me a invoice and any other help you can give me would be great,

its your show if you win the contract.
 you decide on how you want things to work wih your subbies the only thing you need to know is how you get paid from your contractor and as you say whether you get a set amount for 20 sites and bill them once a mth or if you have to deal with each shop manager.  you should be able to find that out from the contracts manager

sounds about right i sub from my brother on occaions i give him invoice, he pays me. he then invoices the contractor

im no expert but i depends on what you agree, if you agree to invoice monthly(which would be  easist for them) you have to pay your invoices for your subbys.

Make sure its being made worth while doing all the sums up properly, you dont want to be charging them less than its costing.

I do a shop on a sub basis.  I send an invoice once a month to the contractor.  The contractor deals with the company office I believe.
One thing that you may want to be aware of.  The price I ended up doing it for is exactly the same amount each month for simplicity's sake.  Some months have 4 weeks and some have 5 if you clean on the same day each week.  The shop is cleaned outside every week and inside every two weeks.  Therefore, I take the cost of two weeks work (2 x outside and 1 x inside), and multiply it by 26.  That gives the total for the year.  To get the same monthly total each time, I divided that by 12.  The contractor wanted that instead of messing around with different amounts each month.  Obviously, if it's identical work each week, you multiply by 52 and divide by 12 (OK ok, it doesn't allow for leap years).  So you need to carefully establish whether you want variable bills each month or identical ones.  If the margin is tight, you don't want to leave yourself (or the subbie) out of pocket.
