As most of you no ive only ever quoted on one commercial job, got a call to quote a old peoples home, not that big but would like to get it, what would you guys charge on a 12 and 24 weekly job, theyve also asked for quote in writting so they can show to propriator before to see it over, do any of you have letters on your pc that i could send.
(hope the pic makes sense as done my best with what i got)
I was thinking £65 12 weekly and £80 24 weekly does this sound right

i would thing £65 would be a 6 weekly price, so i would add 40% more, which takes you to £91 or £90, and another 30% which takes you £120 for every 24weeks

I believe you could get more for it than the figures you have quoted. I would regard a twice yearly clean as a first clean. I have a larger job that is twice yearly and I go over it twice (in sections) in order to be surer of the quality. Of course, if they are happy with a once over with possible quality issues in exchange for lower price that is their choice.
