Commercially acceptable

Is this a term you use? Are your standards lower for commercial work? I did an office block today that was a bit of a pig - bick thick powder coated frames with a spiders nest in every top corner. When cleaning the insides i could see the top corners wern't brilliant to be honest. It was underpriced and i thought rowlocks i'm not cleaning that lot all over again! I quoted it from memory and got it badly wrong.  ::)
