What if the customer had to make a quick phone call on receipt of your card through the door after the clean?
the problem is the customer doesnt "have" to do anything getting them to leave the money in a pre arranged place, or even post it back to us in the envelope we've left is a problem there's no way they would phone us,
we had one lady asked to pay by bank transfer as she worked in a bank and it took her 3 weeks to do the transfer, i just think we are way down the list of the customers prioroties and on that basis getting the money in will always be aproblem
