Why not use a basic template and alter it using notepad or your preferred text editor. It really doesn't take too long to learn the code used. If I can do it, then anyone can!

dreamweaver is great and the best, but it does cost some, but i find and use serif webplus 10 and now upgraded to webplus x2 but i would not go lower than 10, it is really easy to use and cost is spot on

Carl, your index page looks in parts very nice, you need to look into the text part as from the quick look in your source code you have none, and this is why your page rank on google is 0, your welcome to give me a call if you would like me to explain  

You also do not have a few of the most important things within your site to make it work
