First round I bought was from someone I new well and his son was going to continue working for me but still got him to sign a contract to say he would not start a business in the same area again within 3 years.I used the same contract for the second round I bought but did not know him so paid half up front and went round with him on first clean before he got the second half.Happy to sent you a copy if you email me.
