Work for sale New
« on: August 15, 2008, 09:01:27 am »
I have £13,000 of work for sale in the North Somerset area. Covering Bristol, Clevedon, Portishead, Cheddar, Burnham, Bridgwater, Weston, Congsbury and many other areas.

Mostly residential but some commercial. Most work established for over 3 years now. All WFP

Wil split into manageable chunks by area.

Ring for further details

Friday is for paper work, the lads have been out since 8.00.

That is a lot of work, how many staff have you got and are they available with the round ?.

Why are you selling ?

Have been semi retired now for 2 years after my missus got cancer. Can't be arsed with it any more. Am giving the lads who worked for me a van and some work for themselves so they can work for themselves now.

Anyway, wouldn't selling the lads be like slavery?. Ha ha

Sorry to hear about your wife, hope everything works out ok for you.

Could you not get a manager in to run things, that way you still get a wage out of it.

They might run it into the ground but at least you will get an income until they do, long term £40k isnt a lot of money.
