trad round for sale in upton west yorkshire this round as been worked by the same cleaner for over the last 4 years i did it myself for 3 years before that , its a compact round all 3 bedroom semis it takes £1165 per month for sale at £2400 . it would take 1 man 2 1/2 days to do thats working at a slow pace . anyone intrested leave your details and i will pass them on to the seller , knowing most of the customers on this round i would say they would convert to wfp with no problems .

yes mate trad and 1 bloke in 2 1/2 days will complete this round i did it myself for over 3 years , for anyone whos wanting a round in this area heres your chance to have a really good start , im not going to argue figures or that it cant be done im trying to sell a round for my mate , i can guarantee the buyer would be really pleased .
