I just had a look on the window cleaners page about finding customers dead and wondered if this had happened with any of the cleaning companies? It reminded me of something that happened to one of our clients recently...

One of our cleaners went to an elderly clients house 2 weeks ago and there was no answer at the door - she was going to leave but the dog was manically barking and this was very unusual so she called the police. He wasn't dead - but had been lying on the floor for 2 days and hadn't been able to move or get up - possible stroke I think. His cleaner was literally his only link to the world and if she hadn't gone in I am almost sure he would have died. Very sad... but at least he is now ok, although he'll never live on his own again, has to go into a care home 

Anyone else had similar things happening? I find it so sad that some people only have a cleaner (or window cleaner) who would discover this. Since then I've called my gran every couple of days - paranoia!
