. My strategy is to get product x to the customer with the lowest overheads possible, so hence why I have priced Tulsion at that price.
Price vs quality, price will win 80% of the time, it's human nature.
But the biggest winner is customer satisfaction, hence why a lot of folk up my way have asked if I could start supplying other products. The biggest problem with a lot of suppliers and even we in the window cleaning industry is someone we employ can destroy our name as they do not have the same loyalty and pride as we do.
Trust me I am coming accross these in the manufacturing industry here in the UK , hence I will hopefully be supplying a new range of products from abroad. Costs are coming up but in my past experience I have wide knowledge how to handle this and sales men don't like it but you have to be like it in this game

Back to resin,yes costs will go up but there is always a way to overcome them until all your tacts are exhausted.
