hi
unless you put your backpack on a sack trolley you will be carrying it on your back (obviously) or at least lifting it and then putting it down MANY times during the day. Be warned its a complete waste of energy. I used to have one its capacity was 18 litres of water. How long will that last? Believe me not long!!!!!!!!. When I carried it on my back it stopped the blood circulation to my arms whilst I was working. I used it for two hours and then had to stop. My personal recommendation would be vanmount then trolley and backpack last. This is based on my experience having used all three and on my work that I do. Take care.

I used shureflow back pack on trolley. Tried my brothers trolley system and foiund it miles heavier in comparison, Lifting up canisters to swap was more hassle than emptying in a 20 litre can into back pack.
Like the look of new Exel trolley though - get bit more water in. Water in Back pack doesnt last long.
