Check that the DI vessels have the arrows pointing the right way ie water in water out,2-1 on that`s the trouble.

any chance that both resins are a little old?  I've had this before, sometimes resin won't di down to 000ppm very well but will settle around 1 or 2ppm.

I've never been to bed with an ugly bird but I've woken up with loads!

If you change the resin it will give you the answer.

I agree with that as I am using some resin I bought with another set up and it will not go to 000 it is 001 and has been for weeks  ::) I did change it over and still the same.

Fill it 3/4th, and shake the vessel while filling, give it a couple of good bashes on the ground so it's nicely packed.
