Unremoved dirt lines (between bristles on the glass)
How is the dual trim by comparison?

After looking at that job todayi reckon i`ve done some right ropey work over the last week or so,like they say they all look clean when there wet.To be honest i`m lucky i lot have been away or out.

The windows haven't been cleaned on the schools for 4 months. The results have been excellent. The quality is no different than when using my Vikan but rinsing on is better on the dual trim. However I have been using hot wfp so maybe that is the difference between the brushes and the scrubbing power etc?
The dual trim keeps it's shape used as a hot brush. Splays just right and is noticeably lighter than a Tucker. Scrubs about 80% as efficient as a Tucker brush. I'll use it on my SL2 because of the weight being lighter than a Tucker. However, it's better on sash windows for reaching in between the runners on first cleans. It's better than Tucker on dreaded leaded's for maintenance cleans because it splays better so bounces less against the lead strips. For heavily soiled windows I still prefer a Tucker brush because it still removes bird pooh easier with less effort than the new gardiner dual trim brush for definite 100%, no comparison.Haven't tried the single trim version yet. Not a bad mono filament brush for the money though.

Kev R, Yes you do need to convert the Tucker brushes but it's easy enough. I'll show you how I do mine if you fancy. As you're addicted to hot water, I honestly recommend you try a Tucker brush for hot wfp. You'll definitely notice a big difference for heavily soiled windows.
