I wonder when that was made. Not a squeegee in sight.
The H+S is a bit tighter these days but I can remember seeing a bloke cleaning windows in a bosuns chair not that many years ago. No harness, just sitting in the chair. He was a long way up as well.

I used to do an eleven floor Trade union building - no harness - just open a window get out and stand on the narrow ledge- I must have been insane, I dont even like standing on a flat roof nowdays.
I think squeegees became popular in the mid 70s mostly for shop fronts and large patio doors, normal house windows was leather and scrim if very dirty or just scriim.-
the guy i worked with kept his thumb nail long so he could scrape the bird muck off
