Thanks mate much appreciated, where did you get all your bits from, just been on pure freedom and they have a special offer on a 100PSI 12V Shurflo Pump for £80 delivered.

I would get a spare battery as a dead one leaves van sat still and you earning nothing.

if my battery runs out i connect some jump leads to it from my trolley battery.

paul i would defo ditch the gardn hose and get some microbore its the mutts nutts mate and so much lighter ;)
