Is "the competitors" system fixed in at all?

Anyway my tank (1000L) is unrestrained and rests on 100 greased caged ball bearings (castors) so it flies around like torvill and dean at the winter olympics!
It's a game of three halves!

I'd like to see the same test done with a strapped in system, and a van that has a bulkhead, also with the test funded by someone unbiased, ie not Ionics!!!! ::)
