Ok David, I'll pass your details on over the weekend.

They're going to Lorraine Martin who works for Allan Fuller (Putney) on the lettings side. I do a bit of work for her in and around Putney, but Wimbledon is a bit off my area.

Most times it's a few days notice. You do the work, send in a bill and generally get paid within the month.

Between you and me you can price well because it isn't their money they're spending...but obviously need to be a bit sensible cos they have to answer to their client (the renter).

I told Lorraine I knew somebody who works Wimbledon, so if it comes up in conversation we "sort of" know each other.
