are you paying out for all this shaun.... must be costing you some... are you also building too...i get around 2% from leaflets which i think is excellent.... and a much much better responce knocking doors which i hate.... even though i was in sales with lots of door to door over the years..... Jonah is a good guy, and always willing to help... and i believe he loves round building... take him up on his offer and see how many you get.... i would.

cheers

cheers gazza,

have you had help from jonah before? i have leafletted an area where the windows were filthy but only one phone call...apparently  they have wc but he rips em off and doesn't turn up so often, amazing they stay loyal. but when i turn up i plan to do an amazingly good overtop job to convince neighbours they need me, but if jonah good at door knocking maybe worth a shot...does he charge?

cheers

i do a top job too... i regard my work better than anyones... and i mean that... not knocking people at all... i simply know i take time out to give the best possible service .. even offering free clean if not happy... never once have i had to return.

Jonah is a good guy... he really wants to help.. but i think he is a little jealous of me because iam better looking than him, and i want the same van  ;D ;D

dont forget... when you leaflet an area that is filthy...and get nothing

thats because they choose to clean their own or are happy not to bother.(mingers)

and they may ring in 3 months or even longer.... i drop leaflets every night and i get 2 calls per day... through leaflets.. yellow pages and advertising from other forms....

if i dont get phone calls i think of other ways to advertise....or other ways to bump up my round.
