I use one but only for conservatory cleans now - they are just far too heavy and slow your arm and wrist movements down to a snails pace. OK if you want some repetative strain injury though.

I have always used one of these, and I think that they are a very good brush, and they certainly don't slow me down!! And as you would imagine they make it far easier to clean upstairs sills!!!  ;)

not perfect over cons roof or garages (i use spare pole with superlight brush for that)
but for regular domestic i love em
i like the "feel" of it and i find the weight reassuring in a strange way
you may struggle if you are an emaciated big girls blouse  ;D
personally i am more than happpy with mine for majority of work

Jeff, strap a house brick to your normal brush tomorrow this will give you some idea of what they are like. I've got arms like legs and believe me you wouldn't want one for everyday use unless you want to build yourself up to Charles Atlas Thorpe levels.  ;D

it'll be a show stopper ;) ;D ;D
seriously tho i like to feel some weight on my pole end :o
dont use it on long stretch  shallow angles but mostly its fine
(shoulders like GARTH ;D ;D as a mate of mine used to say)

I have used one for the past 2 years and don't find it heavy.
Best brush i got i think.

Its about the same weight as my 16" vikan

Maybe the one's who say its to heavy are using those cheap brushes from wilkinsons

I agree with Groundhog. (WOW!!!!)

Best brush by dfar. I have both sorts flocked and mono and they are both great. I have them on all poles (inc SLX) except SL2. Would recommend to anyone

No offence taken at, all just different opinions some will find them jaw droppingly good i tend to find it like comparing a fencing foil to a viking sword as regards finesse.  ;)

Im the same as you Brett but I like the non-flocked one.

I think sill brushes are the best all round brush. Excellent for removing them little spiders nests  from corners of frames to (much better than the rectangle Vikan in my humble opinion).

I also think they are great for velux windows  ;)

yep def agree i use a sill brush most of time dont feel the weight at all
the only thing i dont like on it is that the jets are to close together in the middle of brush
