Repairing Leaded Windows
« on: April 05, 2008, 07:19:51 am »
Often stick on leaded strips will come adrift either through age or because of brushing with your WFP. They can easily be repaired.

I would just like to bring to your attention a good supplier who sells most of the lead strips used by the window trade.

You can also find most common size lead strips (4-5mm 8-10mm) at DIY stores B&Q ect or even try your local glazzing supplier, the ony problem with getting it by order is the delivery cost (lead very very Heavy)
The secret is not doing as you like but liking what you do
