What am I doing wrong only been going two weeks so maybe not fast enough, most of mine are large houses and taking 1hour. As its the first time I am taking more care. but I have still noticed that ive been getting been faster (I think) and I am begining to think about how to do things quicker. For instance doing upstairs fron then downstairs fornt, same again with sides and back. then today it hit me when i go round the back have to come to the ftont again with the hose to pack up, so from tommorow going to do all upstairs right the way round front to back and then back to front downstairs. To you boys doing lots of houses this might be second nature, but to me being new these are things you need to figure out. My clients are averaging at aprox £26 each so they are decent prices. But has anybody got any tips that will help me save more time???
macmacWhat about your views on my topic "WFP - that little bit of frame above the openers?"Mike
how many houses can be done in a day wfp,in particular those who have a trolley system?Ive always been maybe over careful but know i am full time i need to quicken up so give me some bench marks.......for instance if your day was full of 3 bed semi's all within a 5 mile radius of your home
some jobs there is a certain window that you have to start at, i find these are the ones with a bay window below, and no pitched roof, so it drips for ages and ages, also the hose is such a big problem, knowing where to put etc etc,but i remember i could do the 3bed semi we was talking about 8-10 windows in 20mins easy but most of the time less, if i wanted 15mins, unless you have alot of houses in a row this is where the pole can fall shy of ladders in speed retrospective
