Must admit guys. I've bought my kit from clean tech in the past and I phoned up a few weeks ago to order a system and I'm still waiting for the guy to phone me back! Anyone think he will phone? A friend of mine bought a system from Brodex in a trailer and I pinch it from him if I have a big job on and it works great. So far I've used 2 ionics systems and 2 Brodex systems and I'd say that the Brodex systems are more user friendly. Plus every time my mate has a problem with his system or poles he gives them a ring and they bend over backwards to help him.....HANG ON IS THAT THE PHONE!?!..oh no its not, still waiting! :P

I am waiting for them to ring me, everytime i ring them, their sales people aint in. I'm ringing them rather that wait for them to ring me. Just had a few questions. I am thinking if they arent at the end of the phone, do they REALLY care? Makes me wonder what their after sales is like. You'd assume salesman will want to get back to you ASAP. Still no phone call and waiting.

I wouldn't mind but I wanted to order a van mount system. I would have ordered it online but I wanted a little bit of a variation to the offer they had, because I had part of the kit with it I wanted a few other bits instead or a bit of a discount. Funny thing is I bet if anyone on here got a phone call from a customer that was ready to spend thousands I'm sure we would all phone them back in no time.

I've not done much business with them but they seem OK.  I bought a couple of metal hosereels from them when I first went for WFP.  Only one came with a handle but the error was quickly rectified after phoning them.
They used to phone me up every few weeks as well.  It always seemed to be at an awkward moment but I don't expect them to be psychic.  One day I asked if I could be removed from their telesales list but only send me advertising material by mail.  They've never phoned me since and send me the occasional mailshot.  So I suppose that if you don't want them to phone you, just ask them not to.  Pretty radical really  ;D  .
I would have no problem doing business with them again.  I find it more convenient dealing with companies more local to me though as I live in a flat with a timelocked front door.  This makes it awkward to receive deliveries when I'm out so I prefer to collect goods in person.  Sussex to Lancashire is a bit far for that.

I have two predator poles. They have both lasted over a year but I prefer the 18' extender pole to the predators. In winter the predators are a lot clolder to the touch then an extender pole. Only matters if you dont wear gloves.

The extender is slightly longer and lighter then a predator pole, The extender is a narrower pole, so its more comftable to use over a days use as it gives you less hand strain.

I dont use the vikan brush. I use both poles with a slamon brush wich alters the dynamics of the pole greatly with regards flex and arm strain on awkward windows.I take off the vikan brushes and use  them on my mini poles.

The worst thing I can say about the predator pole is that when Brodex put the plastic end adapter into the top of the pole that allowes  the resedential plastic goose neck to screw onto the pole. They cut  the plastic insert down with a stanley knife which narrows the insert that goes inside the pole and then they glue it into place. Over time this works lose and you have to buy a new insert to fit into the end of the pole. The inserts can fit into the end of the pole without haveing to cut and glue them in.You just soak them in boiling water for 5 mins and they will fit in.

Too right, from their actions, it appears that they dont want sales. weird or what
