Got an envelope with" thanks and happy easter" pinned to the door of a house. Also got a phonecall last night from a customer telling me what a fantastic job i did of her gutter/soffit/fascia clean. Little things like that really lighten up the day.

Fish and chips, at an office and the MD bought fish and chips for everyone, about  25 people and me. Wouldn't like to be behind him in the chippy !!.
Always get a great tip at xmas aswell, what a great guy.
