Last wek rubbish, this week worked every day and got a bit spare in the bank after paying all my bills  :) got a job from a customer who was quoted £222.fpr 552 sq ft - .34 a foot i usually charge . 28 a sq foot so knocked 40 off and still earning more than normal.
got bookings for april now too ,weird how it`s so up and down though one week nothing the next flat out

Feb was absolutely awful but this months so far has been silly. getting repeat business and referrals and the website is making the biggest diference.

Next week not too hot but lots of stuff after Easter. Best thing I've done recently is go after some commercial. Was a bit reticent at first but finding there's lots out there if you go for it.

Only really been going again for a few months, getting work every time I leaflet and the websites are bringing work in too. Work every day this week so can't complain, a four bed to quote tomorrow and a big commercial job in the pipeline ( I did under-price it, massively by some of you guys, but still worth over £200 per day, which ain't bad ).

Happy at the way things are going at the moment. Got every job I have been out to quote for so far.

Used up the One-Step I bought a few weeks back, good stuff and now using up the 3 year old Solutions Wool Safe, found it in the shed and even though it's old and been frozen and thawed a few times it seems OK. Much easier than using the 'proper' chemicals that I bought with Ninja.

Dave

I started with just going in shops and asking. I know this is small fry but it got me thinking. Once I had the confidence I started writing to offices.

To be honest I have know idea what I am doing so probably not the best person to ask, but I just send letters out and follow them up with a phone call or another letter.

It's still early days but so far quite pleased with the response.

Dave, I've got a few commercial letters I'll send over to you. I think you are better off going for the domestic though, they pay quicker for a start. I'm probably not the best person to reply either though as you know what I think of commercial cleaning.

Your website is miles in front of mine now, looks pretty good, think you know a lot more than you let on, or just cleverer than you look  :P.

I'll give you a ring in the week, looks like I'll be phoning you for web advice, there's a few things you've done that look really professional.

Jeeez, dog just farted, gotta go  >:(
