I will be off to our company solicitor on Monday (again) he has defended the site twice in similar circumstances before, so he knows what he is doing.

Being that he is in the next county, it bothers me that some of my customers may get a little confused, I did notice that they didn't copy the Trading Standards Logo and NCCA logo though......I wonder why??

Bloody annoying though.

Cheers Spencer as i say i got ideas from everywhere i also used a lot of modified text from my Piranha membership. Yours is one of the best out there i would have been a fool not to look at it.

In all seriousness though, I think that they have totally taken the p1ss, Mark has had the same thing happen to him, people don't realize that it takes a lot of time putting together a site, our other site is nearly finished after six months.

i understand what you are all saying ,,,he should not have taken anyones text or pics ,,,but whats been done on his site is well out of order ,,if somone did that to my site i would see them in court,,,

The point is, Mark hasn't made any changes to his site, he was STEALING my band with, taking an image from my website, so the alterations have been made to MY website. I didn't ask him to steal from me.
