Bill theres a good chance being 80% wool the stain has been set, especially if customer has tried to remove it already (which they normally have).

I'd try a m/s (i use microsplit from craftex every day as a general spot & stain remover neat) http://www.restormate.co.uk/epages/15094.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/15094/Products/CR0080

Or try prochems stain pro or red rx, both also good for colour stain removal.
