I've double-checked and they appear to be OK. They were uploaded in Word documents so you could edit them more easily than PDF documents.

You can download the document from  . . .  http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/misc613.pdf and buy the video from the Federation . . .  http://www.nfmwgc.com/ - it's cheaper if you're a member!  Once you're there, click on the link "information page" - then, over on the right, click on Health & Safety - Window Cleaning Industry. From there, you'll find out about the video - you can also download MISC613 and other leaflets on this page too.
