imo there is no such thing as undercutting i just give my price and thats it,so if i am cheaper than the other guy then i am, its not personal , its just business.By same token i dont drop my prices to get work(im cheap enuff already ) and when prospective new cust says those immortal words......"THE LAST BLOKE DID IT FOR LESS THAN THAT" i say "well you better ring him up and ask him to come back then love" and walk away

Used to get this all the time twenty odd years ago. Seems to have died out round here now, there are so many window cleaners that nobody has a "patch" any more.

You can understand how someone can feel threatened if you are leafletting his customers but if I phoned up every WC that leafletted in my area I would never be off the phone.

I would just carry on, as I have said before this is business not the boy scouts.
