got an invoice today saying i owe 422 quid! i never signed a written contract and i think they have sold my debt to a collection agency called blacks collections, anyway i phoned blacks and asked them to send me the contract that i signed and if they could then i would happily pay the bill!!
they sounded like they have also been ripped off by buying my debt from ufindus (clever ploy from ufindus in my opinion)
moral of the story is NEVER USE UFINDUS THEY ARE JUST A BLOODSUCKING SCAM MONGER!!!!

they havent a leg to stand on without your signature and if you get a phone call put it down!!

sry to hear this but makes me laugh I have said this time and time again, I would love for them to do it to me, they would be in court before they could say UFINDUS

thinking the same mate i should take them to court for wasting my time!!
how these people get away with it just winds me up!!
the debt collection agency have been sold a dud and you could tell by their tone of voice that i wasnt the first !!

Contact your local trading standards, they are a rip off merchants

its worth searching them on this forum. Ask them who and where to post the cheque to and then go round when you're stressed out.

just a not of caution, if they record all telephone calls and somewhere along they baffle you in the conversation to say yes, then that will stand in court.

im nearly celibrating five years of them chasing me for a few hundred quid ,back to the day they were  iomart  come and get me big boy if you can

but dont touch with barge pole  tey are what gives the web site thing a bad name
