My commercial work has come from
Yellow Pages
Business Pages
Web Site
Safe Contractor.
But commercial work is not all its cracked up to be .
You can sometimes be waiting for payments, at least with domestic most of the time you get paid there and then

One of the jobs I do is a shopping centre and they are Safe Contractor, so they wanted someone who is also Safe Contractor.
You could have a look on the SC web site and e mail / send letters to some of the companys who are listed telling them that you are also SC and the services that you provide. Also ask if there window cleaning contract is ready for renewal , and could you give them a quote

Yellow Pages and subcontracting and word of mouth (you haven't got subcontracting on your list). Maybe the subcontracting is partly word of mouth as some of it was just about being in the right place at the right time. Still had to present it properly though.
