need an advice

Hi,
we are small company dealing mainly with domestic cleaning.Now I want to start carpet and upholstery services.I a bit confused trying to sort the best cleaning machine for that.I`ve checked a lots of sites and offers.Any ideas how to choose the best one for me.Thanks!
